Description: Government pricing continues to be at the forefront of concerns for large and small companies. Understanding the increased regulatory scrutiny and new legislation and how other new requirements are shaping the market is a fundamental factor in determining business success. This session will explore current developments, the administrative complexities of government pricing programs, and other compliance risks. It will help attendees understand the risks and rewards of operating in a more transparent environment as well as how to demonstrate compliance. In preparing for a future under new health care reform measures, we’ll also explore the future of pricing and what it means for companies.
